After that, right-click on your printer and choose the option ‘See what’s printing’. Now, it will open the print queue window along with the printing tasks pending at the moment. Fix 2: Turn Off Advanced Printing Features to fix HP error code 49.4C02

To fix HP Printer error code 49.4C02, turn off the advanced printing features. So, execute the following steps:

At first, press the Windows Logo and locate the printer using the Search box. After that, right-click on the printer icon and choose the ‘Properties’ tab. 

Go to the tab of ‘Advanced’ and deselect the ‘Enable advanced printing features’ checkbox. You can also right-click on your HP printer and choose the “Printing Preference” option.
